Dear Chesterbrook Woods neighbors,
We’re thrilled to invite you to this year’s annual Chesterbrook Woods Oktoberfest party on Sunday, October 26th from 3-6pm at the Laburnum Street Cul de Sac!
Come for an afternoon that celebrates both Halloween spirit and Oktoberfest tradition — complete with seasonal games and activities, creative crafts, a delightful costume parade for the kids, live entertainment, and refreshments for kids and adults! Mission BBQ is handling the food, so please RSVP by October 19th so we can get our catering order just right!
What to Expect:
- Food catered by Mission BBQ
- Drinks
- Halloween games, crafts & face painting
- Kids costume parade at 4pm
- Moonbounce, music, and more!
What to Bring:
- A dessert to share or water or juice boxes (voluntary)
- Annual Dues payment (amount TBD at the Fall meeting)
- $10 per adult to defray party expenses (voluntary)
