Dear Chesterbrook Woods neighbors,
We hope you can join us for this year’s annual Chesterbrook Woods Oktoberfest party on Sunday, October 26th from 3-6pm at the Laburnum Street Cul-de-Sac! It’s always a highlight of our community calendar, and we’d love to see you there for an afternoon celebrating Halloween spirit and Oktoberfest tradition — complete with seasonal games and activities, creative crafts, a delightful costume parade for the kids, live entertainment, and refreshments for kids and adults! Mission BBQ is catering, so please RSVP by October 19th so we can finalize our food order!
What to Expect:
- Food catered by Mission BBQ
- Drinks (including adult beverages)
- Halloween games, crafts & face painting
- Kids costume parade at 4pm
- Moonbounce, music, and more!
What to Bring:
- A dessert to share or water or juice boxes (voluntary)
- Annual Dues payment (amount TBD at the Fall meeting)
- $10 per adult to defray party expenses (voluntary)
We still need volunteers to help make this event awesome (especially at the moonbounce), so please sign up if you’re able! The sign-up is in this RSVP form above.
