Good morning CWCA Residents!
We are updating the CWCA Directory in preparation for printing and need your help on a few things:
A) Artwork: Calling all Chesterbrook Woods youth artists! We are looking for a tree drawing for the cover and some of the interior pages for the neighborhood directory. We would love to include your child’s artwork of a favorite tree, trees, or house with trees! Submission Deadline: October 26, 2025
We will choose one of the pictures for the cover of the 2025-26 CWCA Directory and will include as many as possible of other submitted pictures on an interior page.
Here are the guidelines:
- The drawing must be original art showing a tree, trees, or a house with trees
- Any medium may be used as long as it is scannable, however the artwork will most likely be printed in black and white
- The drawing must fit on a standard 8 1/2" by 11" sheet of paper
- Paper orientation should be "Portrait", not "Landscape"
- One entry per artist
- Artist’s name should be included separate from the drawing, however, artist may sign the drawing.
- We will attribute the artist’s name with the drawing if the drawing is selected for inclusion in the directory
- The Board reserves the right to decide which artwork will be included in the directory
- Only drawings from Chesterbrook Woods residents ages 18 years and below are eligible to be considered for the contest
- Scan the drawing and send it in a jpg format to chesterbrookwoods
B) Young Entrepreneur Listing: If you have a child who is 12 or older and would like to provide services like babysitting, dog walking, yard work, etc., cwcaweb. Submission Deadline: October 26, 2025.
