Hello CWCA Residents-
I am writing to alert you that neighbors have reported break ins of vehicles, including one this week and several this past week. So far, it appears that the thefts have occurred from unlocked vehicles. Cash, wallets, credit cards and other valuables were stolen.
Residents are urged to LOCK DOORS of vehicles (especially those parked on the street) and not to leave valuables in the vehicles. We encourage you to pass on this message to contractors, guests and family members.
The CWCA Board is evaluating what we can be done from a neighborhood standpoint. I have reached out to Officer Dan Goldman who is our Crime Prevention Officer. We plan to include this as a discussion item at the in-person fall meeting on October 15th.
