Dear Chesterbrook Woods neighbors,
The countdown is on for our annual Chesterbrook Woods Oktoberfest party on Sunday, October 26th from 3-6pm at the Laburnum Street Cul-de-Sac! This is always such a fun community event, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you. Join us for an afternoon of Halloween spirit and Oktoberfest tradition — complete with seasonal games and activities, creative crafts, a delightful costume parade for the kids, live entertainment, and refreshments for kids and adults! Costumes are encouraged for all ages. Please RSVP by October 19th so we can finalize our catering order with Mission BBQ!
We Need Your Help!
Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer — we really appreciate you! We still need help in a few key areas to make this event awesome. We’ll organize volunteers in shifts so you can also enjoy the party. Calling all middle & high schoolers that need volunteer hours!
Still needed:
- Set up Committee
- Check-In Table
- Moonbounce monitors (must be 18+)
- Kids crafts & activities
- Face Painting
- Clean Up Crew
- Coolers and Extension Cords (we need to borrow a few!)

What to Expect:
- Food catered by Mission BBQ
- Drinks (including adult beverages)
- Halloween games, crafts & face painting
- Kids costume parade at 4pm
- Moonbounce, music, and more!
What to Bring:
- A dessert to share or water or juice boxes (voluntary)
- Annual Dues payment (amount TBD at the Fall meeting)
- $10 per adult to defray party expenses (voluntary)
