Hello neighbors,
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone at our annual Chesterbrook Woods Oktoberfest & Halloween party next weekend! Just a friendly reminder that RSVPs are due this Sunday, October 19th so we can place our catering order with Mission BBQ. Mark your calendars for next Sunday, October 26th from 3-6pm at the Laburnum Street Cul-de-Sac for an afternoon of Halloween spirit and Oktoberfest tradition — complete with seasonal games and activities, creative crafts, a costume parade for the kids, live entertainment, and refreshments for kids and adults. Costumes are encouraged for all ages!

What to Expect:
- Food catered by Mission BBQ
- Drinks (including adult beverages)
- Halloween games, crafts & face painting
- Kids costume parade at 4pm
- Moonbounce, live music, and more!
What to Bring:
- A dessert to share or water or juice boxes (voluntary)
- CWCA Annual Dues payment of $40 (cash, check, zelle or paypal)
- $10 per adult to defray party expenses (voluntary)
We Still Need Volunteers!
Thank you to everyone who has already signed up — we really appreciate you! We are in great shape for the check-in table. We still need a few more volunteers for:
- Moonbounce monitors (must be 18+)
- Face Painting/Craft Helpers
- Coolers (we need to borrow a few!)
The volunteer sign-up is included in the RSVP link above. Middle & high schoolers — this is a great opportunity for volunteer hours!
