The annual dues are $40 per household for the ’25-26 fiscal year (Oct. 2025–Sept. 2026).
We encourage all Chesterbrook Woods homeowners or renters to pay CWCA dues annually to fund our association’s activities and services, including the member directory, social events, and our largest budget item: snow removal.

We encourage you to pay your dues EARLY. We are a volunteer organization, and it lessens our workload if you pay now!
How to Pay CWCA Dues:
- Zelle — Log in to your banking app or online portal and locate the option to send money with Zelle. Enter susan.garrahan@gmail.com as the recipient. You should see “Chesterbrook Woods Citizens Association” after you enter that email address. Enter the $40 dues amount and include your CWCA address (# and Street) in the messages/notes section so we can credit your household.
- PayPal — Go to paypal.me/chesterbrookwoods and send $40. (Note you will have to sign-in after entering the link.) Include your name and CWCA street address in the memo, so we can credit your household.
- By Check — Make your $40 check payable to “CWCA” and include your street address, so we can credit your household. Checks can be dropped off or mailed to our treasurer Susan Garrahan’s home (whose address you can find in the printed or online directory).
Payment by cash or check will be accepted at the neighborhood Oktoberfest and Halloween party on October 26, 2025. If you are unable to attend the event, please pay via Zelle, PayPal, or check as described in the instructions above.
