Dear Chesterbrook Woods neighbors,
Fall is here, and that means it’s time for our annual neighborhood Oktoberfest & Halloween Party! Join us to catch up with neighbors new and old, and enjoy an afternoon of fall fun for the whole family.
When: Sunday, October 25th, 3-6pm
Where: Laburnum Street Cul de Sac
Come for an afternoon that celebrates both Halloween spirit and Oktoberfest tradition — complete with seasonal games and activities, creative crafts, a costume parade for the kids, live entertainment, and refreshments for kids and adults! Mission BBQ is handling the food, so please RSVP by October 18th so we can get our catering order just right!
What to expect:
* Food catered by Mission BBQ
* Drinks
* Halloween games, crafts & face painting
* Kids costume parade at 4pm
* Moonbounce, music, and more!
If you would like to bring something to share, we can always use:
* Desserts
* Snacks/side dishes
* Water bottles/juice boxes
We can’t do this without you! This party only happens because neighbors pitch in. Volunteer shifts are just 45 minutes, so you’ll still have plenty of time to enjoy the party. Please sign up to help if you’re able through the RSVP form here
We look forward to seeing you at the party!
