Dear Chesterbrook Woods Neighbors,
One purpose of the Fall Meeting – which will take place on Oct 27th at 7pm at Chesterbrook Elementary School (in the Cafeteria) – is to review and vote on the budget for the coming fiscal year (Oct 1, 2026 to Sep 30, 2027). At this meeting, the Board will propose to keep Annual Dues at $40 (same as last year) – since this amount was just enough to cover last year’s expenses – including plowing costs for the few snowstorms we had. This dues amount will ensure we are prepared for a similar amount of snow plowing this winter.
Once again, we will be collecting dues at the Oktoberfest/Halloween Party since many neighbors like the ease of paying dues at that event. Payment options are Zelle, Paypal, Check or Cash (cash is only an option at the Party).

If you’ve recently sent in a payment, thank you and we will credit your payment to the new fiscal year (Oct 26-Sep 27).

PS – if you pay dues at the party, you will also have a chance to make a $10 per adult voluntary contribution to defray the catering costs of the party.
