Dear Chesterbrook Woods Neighbors,
We can’t wait to see you at our annual Oktoberfest/Halloween party this Sunday, October 25th, 3-6pm at the Laburnum Street Cul-de-Sac! Everyone is welcome, even if you haven’t RSVP’d.
But we need your help! We are short on volunteers, and without more help we won’t be able to pull off the great party our neighborhood deserves.
Here’s how you can help:
* Volunteer for a shift. Shifts are only 45 minutes, so you’ll still have plenty of time to enjoy the party. Adults and middle & high school students are all welcome and will get credit for volunteer hours.
* Lend us an item. We need folding tables & chairs, coolers, and extension cords.
Sign up here now (it takes just a minute): https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20F0D44A8AE28A7F5C61-66810359-cwca#/
This party only happens because neighbors pitch in. Even one 45-minute shift makes a real difference. Thank you to everyone who has already signed up!

Sincerely,
